Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics industry and the ability to create tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts within the logistics sector.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, both within existing markets and new geographic regions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer contracts and deliveries.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of leads and opportunities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s logistics services and establish new contacts.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer feedback, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales management
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, supply chain management, and related services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.

Working Days & hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri , 10am – 7pm

Location: Pasir Panjang

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Job scope:

• Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.
• Assist in inventory management and housekeeping at the retail outlets.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the outlet; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front.
• Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier
• Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager/supervisor.
