Job Description:

2. Perform sales administrative tasks, including creating and processing sales orders.

Requirements

1. Minimum a Diploma in biomedical science, bioengineering or related fields
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support and customer service is preferred.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome
4. Strong co-ordination, follow-up and time management capabilities
5. Organised with good documentation practices
6. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor a prospecting and sales control system for potential buyers.
• Achieve 100% take-up rate for in-house Finance & Insurance.
• Keep sales team informed of new inventory and current advertising efforts.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and according to company's guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department on advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain vehicle inventory.
• Provide excellent service to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues with integrity and genuineness.
• Maintain sales records database and provide regular reports to management.
• Track and monitor the sales team's performance.
• Manage sales administration and set individual sales targets for the sales team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a management role.
• Proven expertise in showroom management, sales strategy development, and market expansion.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team.
