A regional corporate bank seeking to enhance its presence in Singapore is looking for a skilled and experienced Treasury Sales professional. This role requires a strong background in treasury solutions and financial markets. In return, you will enjoy an attractive annual remuneration of up to $120,000 per annum.

Job Summary

Develop and manage marketing activities for foreign exchange, structured deposits, options, and treasury products for our corporate and financial institution clients, customizing treasury solutions to meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing activities for foreign exchange, structured deposits, options, and treasury products while analyzing market trends and providing insights to clients and relationship managers.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to explore cross-selling opportunities and deliver tailored treasury solutions based on clients' funding needs.
• Provide professional advice and strategies to meet corporate treasury requirements, guiding junior team members to enhance overall performance.
• Assist in projects as needed by the Treasury Sales Team Head and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in treasury sales, trading, or FX markets.
• Possess FMRP, CFMAS 1B, 5, and 6A certifications.
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange and options markets coupled with excellent sales and marketing skills.
• Proficient in FX markets, especially in regional currencies in Southeast Asia and RMB capabilities.

Job Scope:

· Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospects.

· Follow up on quotes and leads while scheduling meeting with potential customers.

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by developing new customers.

· Perform daily sales activities for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

· Continuously build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with customers.

· Oversee after-sales account management to ensure customer satisfaction, track delivery against work orders, and identify opportunities for expansion based on evolving client needs.

· Collaborate with the technical development team to prepare tailored quotations and proposals to meet client requirements.

· Ensure all sales documentation is properly handled and produced in strict compliance with company policies and processes.

· Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.

· Manage social media marketing and execute email campaigns.

Requirement:

· Diploma/ Degree in Electronics, IT business systems, IT related field

· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant channel and project sales

· Good business acumen

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

· A positive, proactive mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt.

· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

· Initiative in identifying new opportunities and sales avenues.
