This position required to provide program management and support to the Engineering-Operations department as well as supporting operations in managing outsource production resource administrative, generate and compile operations reports for production control and operations management review.

Job Scope

• Administer outsource production resource system record creation, maintenance, system access control.
• Generate operations reports with data consolidation, analysis & summaries for production control and management review.
• Coordinating departmental meetings & other cross functional meetings, meeting agenda and minutes of meetings.
• Compile reports and presentation slides for monthly and quarterly management review.
• Organize departmental team building and recreation events.
• Update company Slack Channel for department events photo and commentary.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
• Experience in SAP or Shop floor database will be preferred
• Knowledge SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI will be an added advantage.
