Key Responsibilities

• Independently or as part of a team, contacts/visits existing and/or prospective customers.  

• Identifies customer needs and assists in developing and implementing  sales strategies

• Assists in customer demonstrations with product business group representatives

• Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customer’s technology needs to product business group representatives

Job Description:

• Handling renewal sales enquiries over the hotline, email, contact new & existing customers on their renewal sales enquiries
• Generate renewal quotation using Excel /Business Central

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate and moderate business needs assessment to understanding both company's requirements and system outcome
• Participate and contribute during solution blue-printing to adhere to best solutions and suggest appropriate solution
• Provide internal support for third party software that integrates directly with Great Plains (smartView, Smart Connect, EDI etc)
• Create comprehensive test cases for system integration projects, fully test the accuracy of code changes or application installations before promoting to production environment

• Support the IT team with projects as needed, including UAT, discovery, and end-user training

• Delivering on project with the Dynamics GP vendor including implementing new modules, improving processes and providing training
• Working with the vendor's tech and devt team to deliver upgrades, customizations, integrations and custom report

• Interact with various levels of management from vendors as well as internal teams

Job Requirements:

• 5 years consulting and development experience as functional or business lead in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
• Bachelor's Degree in Info Technology is required
• Understanding of best practices of GP, including the ability to coordinate with vendor solutions ideally within a partner background
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Architecture versions 2018 and onwards and excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft GP modules
• Experience of working on full implementation life cycle across modules and with some development experience/knowledge of Dexterity
