This role will be based in Singapore, and will report to the Head of Commercial, Lark APAC.
About the role:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to spearhead sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our presence in key APAC markets. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team, foster strategic client partnerships, and play a critical role in achieving our ambitious growth goals.

- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share in the APAC region.
Collaborate with a high-performing cross-functional GTM team, providing direction, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and innovative sales approaches to maximize sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to deliver value-added solutions and drive customer success.
- Market Analysis and Insights:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence and sales data.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure progress and drive accountability within the sales team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You have previous experience in an Account Executive role for a SaaS B2B product.
- You are familiar with or have worked across the APAC market, in particular Singapore and Indonesia.
