Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and rendering full support to the Corporate Sales Team.
• Handle all sales orders including manual order entries, processing, releasing orders to warehouse for processing and arranging local/export shipments.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on all export shipments preparation, including pre-shipment tea certification arrangement with government agencies such as SFA/NEA. (i.e. Process/cut sticker labels for affixing onto products prior to delivery for certain countries, lab testing/certification of teas, FCL/LCL loading/pick up/warehouse transfer).
• Process/Prepare full set of shipping documentation including manual Invoices/Packing lists, Bill of Lading, COO/Form D/E and/or Export Health Cert/Phytosanitary Cert with Authorities.
• Work closely with Sales Team, Finance Team (receipt of payments) and Warehouse Team.
• Provide needful logistics inquiry/information/administrative assistance to the Sales Team.
• Follow up on the processes of all deliveries.
• Additional functions as mandated by the Management or Supervisor.

Assistant Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel's sales team and activities. This position plays a crucial role in driving revenue, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring the hotel meets its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure revenue objectives and KPIs are achieved

You will be in charge of the overall advertising performance of EPOS. Your role will be to drive conversions at optimal cost per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.

Key Responsibilties

• Develop and assist with EPOS marketing strategy
• Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)
• Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising)
• Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
• Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
• Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
• Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
• Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
• Manage Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel & TikTok Pixel to track and measure all marketing campaigns
• Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets

• Possess minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, specialising in medical devices, or experience in the IVD / Blood Banking / Blood Therapy
• Able to travel overseas

Position Summary: The Hotel Sales and Marketing Assistant is a key team member responsible for supporting the hotel's sales and marketing efforts. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies aimed at driving revenue and promoting the hotel's brand. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is an advantage

· Work commitment on work nights, weekends and/or holidays may be required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools

· Able to work under time pressure and maintain confidentiality

• Managing client job order request - Understand and assessing client’s hiring requirements and business needs.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
• Draft resume and recommend to Account Manager
• Follow up closely with candidates and ensure smooth journey till onboarding
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices including exploring new channels to look for suitable candidates
• Other administrative duties as per company’s guideline

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably in recruitment agency.
• Candidate with IT/Tech recruitment experience or specialised in contract placement has added advantage.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
