What you'll do:

As a Client Service Specialist in the Private Wealth sector, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for liaising with various business units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, resolving client queries promptly, and understanding the overall relationship between the client and the bank. Your operational responsibilities will include trade booking, settlement, resolving funding issues, following up on margin calls, and handling transactional documentation. · Coordinate and deliver IT Help Desk services to SLH end-user community, ensuring prompt response and resolution of IT issues and requests.

· Facilitate timely onboarding and offboarding of users.

· Maintain the accuracy and quality of IT asset inventory.
