The Staff Nurse (SN) is responsible for nursing, patient care and related administrative duties as assigned by the Centre Manager. The SN will be strongly supported by the Centre Manager and medical team to build a culture of CARE to support our patients' health needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register patients, explain charges, collect payment (including day-end closing), schedule follow-up appointments and provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures.
• Answer patient queries through platforms (mobile, telephone, email, face to face)
• Maintain and update quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of these records where applicable.
