Role Overview:

This role is Mid level, where Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving the expansion and influence of the organization by engaging with brokers and account managers to promote advanced health insurance products. This strategic role is central to achieving key growth targets and elevating the customer experience within the health insurance landscape.

Ideal Candidate:

• Over 10 years of robust experience in sales or business development, with a significant focus on the insurance sector.
• Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain substantial professional relationships, evidenced by a strong track record of successful account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the health insurance market dynamics and regulatory environment in Asia.

Location: Raffles/Sentosa/Simei/Pasir Ris (3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)

• Candidate should have prior experience in satellite or telecommunication equipment and services.
• Must have experience managing partners across the APAC region.
• Capable of managing existing accounts while also expanding into new markets.
• Willing to travel frequently within Southeast Asia for 3 to 4 days at a time.
• Looking for a young and dynamic individual to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and shape the company’s sales strategy.
• Should focus on building a strong client network and maintaining key customer relationships within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of sales experience in the maritime industry is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally are necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines through initiative and a proactive approach is required.
