Job Description :
· Coordinate with vendors for meter installation arrangement
· Address customer queries regarding metering concerns
· Attend to and troubleshoot any metering faults
· Investigate site abnormalities resulting from power surges or drops in energy consumption
· Perform meter accuracy tests upon customer request
· Follow up on meter readings not obtained by vendors or the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system
· Process daily tasks though the K2 workflow and coordinate with vendors for subsequent periodic meter readings or installations
· Communicate with SP Group regarding customer inquiries related to metering and replacement of faulty meters
Requirements :
· Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical or a relevant engineering field
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
· Proactive and self-motivated
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Prior experience in meter management is advantageous but not mandatory
· Candidates with the willingness to learn new skills will also be considered
- Interaction with customers either through email correspondence or in-person meetings at customer locations
