The Opportunity

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and delivering top-notch service to our customers. You will be responsible for both online and offline sales, with a focus on B2C transactions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore corporate sales opportunities and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and excellent service.

* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive sales initiatives.

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in both online and offline environments.

What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidance of the Purchasing Manager or any other authorized by the management, you are responsible for, including but not limited to, storage, issue, maintaining and accounting for Food & beverage, general supplies and for maintaining cleanliness of the stores area as per Municipality standards

How your day looks like?

• To ensure that all goods received in the Hotel are properly supported by valid hotel purchase orders.
• To examine both quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with related department Heads before accepting delivery.
• To ensure that goods are promptly moved to Stores or the concerned department once received.
• To ensure that outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for.
• To closely monitor with the Purchasing Officer all pending or partial deliveries.
• To be responsible for recording and distributing reports as required.
• To perform the physical count of all storeroom stocks and month-end inventory, with final balances to be reconciled with the general ledger month-end balance.
• To prepare monthly cost reports
• To assist Purchasing Department when required
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager and the Director of Finance.

Salary: Basic Up to $3200 + Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commision + VB

Location: Yishun

Work Days: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

· Sales coverage for healthcare institutions, clinics or retail pharmacies

· Manage existing accounts

· Develop new business opportunities within the designated area

· Achieve assigned sales target

· Identify prospects, develop market segments, generate leads and promote our products

· Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with stakeholders

· Monitor and collect information on competitors

Requirements:

· Diploma or 'A' level

· Basic knowledge in medical products is an added advantage

· 2 years sales experience in medical industry selling medical equipment

· Class 3 license with own mode of transport preferred

· Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Results oriented, good communication and correspondence skills

· Demonstrate competency in key areas: selling, planning, analysis and presentation skills
