The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports and consolidation of data for the relevant Business Units.

• Organisation and coordinate projects, meetings and related trainings.

As Administrator, Facility Support you will be an integral member of the Administration team delivering service excellence to all visitors and callers to our Singapore facilities. As the face of our business, you will greet key clients, suppliers and NOV visitors, welcoming them to our site as well as being the main operator of the switchboard, screening calls and directing callers to their destination, taking messages where needed and informing internal customers of the missed call.
