The Role

The Veeva OpenData Stewardship Training and Recruiting Specialist are responsible to manage a team of our contracted trainers and recruiters' team members. As the main contact point, the Training and Recruiting Specialist aims to communicate the best practice to the team by evaluating our current needs and practices, creating and delivering a training program that is complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources. Also, he/she will be a key driver in recruitment for the Data Steward teams and coordinates the innovations and process improvements of the Veeva OpenData Research Center department.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate a small team of contracted trainers and recruiters.
