Our client is a top global pharmaceutical company. This role will lead Operations Excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and IMEx methodologies to drive continuous improvement and achieve best-in-class manufacturing standards at the API site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and coaching on Six Sigma, Lean, and operational excellence practices (e.g., IMEx orientation, 5S, innovation).
• Assist the site OPEX lead in setting objectives, cascading goals, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Track and enhance business performance across all IMEx Ecosystem(s).
• Lead Six Sigma and Lean initiatives that align with the site’s objectives.
• Mentor and support Green Belts and Yellow Belts in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices through a community of practice.
• Oversee the consistent implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) processes across the site.
• Manage the CI reporting and tracking system while promoting a CI culture through recognition and rewards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Lean and Six Sigma practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational excellence across the site.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Capable of working autonomously and delivering results in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
