The Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE)/Assistant Manager (AM) assists in nonclinical administration and support operations to manage the Care Home facilities and a team to run daily administrative, operational, logisitics, maintenance, safety and security activities required to deliver the required resident services to the healthcare team and residents of the Care Home. The Senior OSE/AM supports the Centre Director/Manager

• Deliver all support services of the Care Home and maintain targeted performance standards.

  cleanliness of the general and common areas of the Care Home premise(s).
  2. Appointed maintenance contractors to provide proper and regular maintenance of all furniture, fixtures and equipment in the Care Home premise(s).
  3. Security staff or outsourced vendors to ensure physical security of the Care Home premise(s).
  4. Facility Assistants (Laundry) to ensure and maintain the proper laundering, folding and delivery of resident-related linen, clothing, curtains; maintenance of machinery, and coordinating of transport services to ensure timely exchange and delivery of soiled/clean linen. This includes management of drivers (if any).
  5. Healthcare/Facility Assistants or outsourced food vendors to ensure kitchen cleanliness, and the safe and proper management and handling of food in the kitchen.
  7. Handyman to ensure simple defects are rectified properly, safely and in a timely manner. 8. OAA/ MSW/ Finance Exec/CCR Exec to attend to internal / external customers’ enquiries and feedback.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Product Design and Product Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This hybrid role combines expertise in product management and design, with a strong focus on customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Design user-centric solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in product design, product management, or related roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to create solutions tailored to customer needs.
• UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI best practices and user research methodologies.

Compensation

• Base Salary: SGD 5,000 to 7,100 per month

What do we expect from you?

The Sales Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and revenue growth for the hotel. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key market segments, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets align with the hotel’s goals. The Sales Director will lead the sales team to achieve operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.

How your day looks like:

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement the hotel’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals across room sales and other revenue streams.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and execute annual sales plans, including goals for key market segments.

Revenue Growth

• Drive room sales and ancillary revenue by securing business from corporate, leisure, group, and other target markets.
• Focus on high-value accounts to maximize profitability and ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and ensure alignment with market demand.

Key Account Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate partners, and travel agencies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the hotel’s client base.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Provide regular training to enhance team members’ skills in prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Foster a positive, results-oriented culture within the sales department.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with the Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall hotel objectives.
• Support the General Manager/Senior Executive in preparing sales reports and forecasts for ownership and stakeholders and other ad hoc duties when required.

Reporting and Analysis

• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
