• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect the current trend or requirements.
• Assist with training materials development.
• Support in managing and maintaining resource library (training materials, web-based training material, training videos, etc.).
• Perform training administration duties, maintain of training records, training completion monitoring, preparation of training reports, updating and management of course evaluation results, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/Business Studies.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in handling the operational support / training management for Engineering field.
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table).
• Good analytical thinking, strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• A meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player.
