Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential customers, decision-makers, and target accounts, and analyse market strategies to evaluate options.

Requirements

• Ensure repair standards meet HQ KPIs for both quality and timing.
• Conduct physical inspections for both incoming and outgoing client and stock repairs.
• Streamline the repair operation flow by reviewing each step and sharing findings and improvement suggestions with your superior.
