Responsibilities

Your role involves:

• Providing support and implementation of Oracle HCM (Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment and etc)
• Translating business requirements to technical specifications
• Leading project implementation (migration to Oracle Cloud)

Skills and experience required

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily sales activities, including cold calling, scheduling client appointments, preparing presentation materials and proposals, and presenting to potential customers.
• Develop and execute strategies by analyzing current market trends and needs.
• Generate new leads and secure new sales opportunities to boost sales revenue and achieve sales targets.
