Contract Period:

• Primary Contract: 1 March 2025 to 31 December 2025.
• Option for Extension: 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (subject to school’s discretion).

Working Hours:

Personnel may be deployed in one of the following shift schedules:

Shift 1:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 10:45 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (45-min lunch break included)
• Fridays: 10:45 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (45-min lunch break included)
• Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Rostered Saturday duty)
• No service required on Sundays and public holidays.

Shift 2:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. (45-min lunch break included)
• Fridays: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. (45-min lunch break included)
• Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Rostered Saturday duty)
• No service required on Sundays and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Operations:

• Perform manual tasks such as moving tables and chairs.
• Conduct general cleaning of classrooms, special rooms, and the school field.
• Perform minor repair work (DIY) as needed.

1. Security & Traffic Management:

• Act as a traffic warden during school hours.
• Handle basic security duties, including monitoring school premises.

1. Contractor Supervision:

• Assist in supervising term contractors when necessary.

1. Shift Work:

• Perform duties based on the assigned shift schedule.

1. Other Duties:

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the school.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Pass in PSLE or equivalent.
• Experience: At least three years of relevant working experience in school operations.
• Physical Requirements: Medically fit to perform manual work and shift duties.
• Languages: Ability to understand and communicate in simple English or Mandarin.
• Other Skills:A resourceful team player with a high level of initiative.
  Ability to handle tasks independently and adapt to changing needs.
  

About the Client:

Our client is a MNC Company

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts.
• Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate potential production issues.
• Taking ownership, responding to incident tickets, and closing open incident tickets by adhering to service level agreements.

Requirement:

• Ensure system availability 24x7. Perform system Recovery in the event of system incapacity or outages.
• Provide technical expertise to facilitate investigation of complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Regular health-check and capacity assessment of Production environment from BAU growth perspective and incoming project volume.
• Manage end to end Incident Management including investigation, recovery of service, and post recovery follow up on corrective/ preventive actions.
• Work with infra support including Middleware, DBA and SAs on system maintenance & infra related issues troubleshooting.
• Work on application BAU related tasks & projects, e.g. DR exercise, audit queries, SOP documentations update, system upgrade for EOS/EOL components, etc
• Ensure strong governance on Change Management Process, Data protection and Priviledge ID access control.

Work in shift on-site to provide 24x7 operational support as per assigned roster.
