Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and quickly implementing solutions to restore systems to full functionality.
Keep detailed documentation of user interactions, reported problems, solutions applied, and any further actions needed by management or tier 2 support.
Create user manuals and troubleshooting guides to aid both support teams and users in effectively interacting with the system.
Work closely with L3 Technical staff and the project manager to set objectives and plan system upgrades and improvements.
Develop and implement new procedures to boost efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.
Job Requirements:
Singaporean only.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
Prior experience with some programming languages (HTML, JAVA) will be an added advantage.
Good writing and communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Prior experience in supporting mobile or web applications.

The Senior Network Engineer will design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco Firepower solutions (FMC and FTD). This role ensures network performance, security compliance, and successful project delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet technical requirements and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
Design and deploy Cisco Firepower solutions (FMC and FTD) for network infrastructure projects.
Integrate Cisco Firepower with broader network architecture, ensuring secure communication and compliance with security protocols.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and manage Cisco Firepower devices, focusing on FTD and FMC performance.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and teams to meet project deliverables and milestones.
Provide detailed documentation for network designs, configurations, change management, and troubleshooting.
Monitor and optimize Cisco Firepower infrastructure for performance, security, and redundancy.
Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous learning within the team.
Align all network solutions with industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Cisco Firepower solutions (FMC and FTD).
Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC).
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security best practices.
Hands-on experience in optimizing network performance and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Cisco certifications such as CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Experience in industries with mission-critical infrastructures (e.g., transportation, manufacturing, life sciences) is a plus.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR is advantageous.
