Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and trends.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for search engine rankings.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors).
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices to maintain and improve organic rankings.
• Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns, including automations and workflows.
• Segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and call-to-actions to optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Ensure email designs are mobile-friendly and adhere to email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, edit, and optimize engaging content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Research and produce content that resonates with target audiences and drives traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visuals and written content.
• Repurpose content across various platforms to maximize its reach and effectiveness.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on various platforms and social media.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento) and CMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and website optimization is an advantage.
