The successful candidate will join the Data Management Group at the Bioinformatics Institute (BII) within the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). The Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI), Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM) is the national data standardisation framework adopted by Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) for real world evidence studies. NUS is looking for a Research Fellow to work on a Microgrid model integrating hydrogen fuel cells.

The job requires the candidate to design and implement systems for the efficient transmission and distribution of power generated from centralized hydrogen energy hubs. This project involves both AC/DC power transmission and the reinforcement of pipelines for hydrogen distribution, enabling decentralized power generation. This project will study and propose feasible solution to retrofit existing coastal protection structures. Special feature of this proposed solution is that it must be able to reduce seawater seepage, using innovative way of impervious material.
