Key Responsibilities include:

• Member of an in-house AI and data science development team that works on AI (including areas in generative AI, autonomous agent, NLP, computer vision and recommender system), mathematical optimization, game theory, and experimental design.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to create impactful and intelligent features/services in AI, data science and data analytics. Propose and build scalable ML/DL solutions. The team's ongoing research is to develop, advance and utilize the state-of-the-art multi-scale atmospheric models, along with measurement and statistical approaches, to understand the mechanisms that drive the climate-air quality interactions, and evaluate the impacts on human exposure, mosquito abundance and soil acidity.

Particular interests are in investigating air quality impacts of sectoral emissions and transboundary air pollution at multiple spatial scales, studying regional climate change due to land-use changes and global climate change, and evaluating and quantifying the effects of air pollution on respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. It performs translational research that covers the energy value chain from generation to innovative end-use solutions, motivated by industrialisation and deployment.

In 2021, Enterprise Singapore, the national standards body for Singapore, had appointed ERI@N as a Standards Development Organisation (SDO) to develop and promote standards under the Electrical and Electronic Standards Committee. This includes standards supporting emerging areas such as renewables -offshore wind/marine & solar energy, secondary batteries and cells, solid state transformers, electrical energy storage systems, and smart grids. We also work with regulators and the industry on standards for electrical installations, building & services and safety and effectiveness of electrical products and services.

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to support the work of the SDO.

Core expertise:

Project management responsibilities include managing the identification, development and promotion of standards meeting key requirements set by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG). These include supporting standards committees under the management of ERI@N in their standard development and promotion work to ensure timely and successful delivery of new and reviewed standards.
