We are looking for a Senior Scientist in Products Research to join our Skin Care team. We seek candidates with strong critical thinking skills who thrive on leading projects while mentoring and developing others. The successful applicant will spearhead initiatives in one of our āDisrupt Tomorrowā categories, focusing on identifying and addressing consumer and technical challenges with significant potential for growth in the Skin Care Category.
Your team
Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, you will be part of the Skin Care organization. You will have the opportunity to work in multi-functional teams and engage with both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute experimental plans to address complex consumer needs and insights, ensuring a holistic and superior consumer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand growth strategies through a multi-year innovation master plan, effectively bridging what is needed with what is achievable.
- Leverage global assets to create resource-efficient solutions, optimizing these assets to cater to regional consumer demands.
- Partner closely with the technical community to identify barriers and communicate risks to stakeholders effectively.
- Lead and mentor the Product Research team by clearly defining roles and responsibilities, ensuring full engagement and capability growth to meet both business objectives and individual development goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in engineering or a relevant scientific field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consumer Product Research, with a proven ability to translate consumer insights into technical requirements across various categories.
- Prior experience in Skin Care, particularly in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in driving large, multi-functional business initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Possesses meticulous and analytical skills, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
