The RO position is to support the research work of the team that focuses on studying the role of immune system in eczema and allergies. We are developing an ambitious project on quantum processors based on a neutral atom array (NAA). The Visiting Associate Professor will explore numerically and experimentally sub-Doppler laser cooling as Polarization-gradient cooling, grey molasses, and Raman sideband cooling.

• At least 4 years of experience as a research fellow or equivalent in cold atoms labs;

• Design an automated process to calibrate the simulation model, so that it is consistent with real-world data.
