Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Reimbursements: Process reimbursement requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies.

Cross-functional Support:

• Record-Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for both administrative and financial documents, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Input and update data, maintain spreadsheets, and generate summaries and reports as needed to support activities and program management.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Center Manager and other staff with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the program.

Responsibilities

• Site Product Manufacturing and Release Support. Provide front line support to the product manufacturing process analytics, release testing and working with the QC teams (internal sites), or in close collaboration with CDMO Analytical Expert counterparts, focusing on the testing methods for each batch, their release on time and in compliance with the batch and analytical procedures instructions and quality requirements.
• Qualification & Validation. Support the execution of analytical methods qualifications and/or validations, re-validations, Annual Monitoring Batch (AMB) and short-term improvement projects, liaising with all the relevant parties at shopfloor (internally) or CDMO manufacturing team (externally) to ensure accurate execution. • Primary packaging closure assessment during changes. Drive the qualification and/or validation of primary packaging materials testing methods including the design of container suitability studies for the assigned product(s). Evaluate and ensure, in case of packaging change, that the primary packaging closure - including materials - are sufficient to ensure stability of the product and do not deteriorate quality.
• Assure consistency of Analytical Testing Procedures. Ensure that all critical and significant parameters are within written Instruction (e.g., Testing procedures, Validation Plan), sufficient and appropriate for the product. Derive in collaboration with the internal sites (QC team) / CDMO analytical team, the upper and lower control limits for each product analytical methods (where relevant), as part of the CPV program launch for all products

Lead and/or support the GPS organization with all product and process related analytical investigations and deviations including complaints, Out of Expectation, Out of Specification, in partnership with internal / external site analytical teams. Use scientific and statistical knowledge to analyze data to provide process understanding, and to identify root causes of product and process failures.
• Annual Product Reviews and Product Quality Reviews. Be highly knowledgeable of product and process trends by providing input to Annual Product Reviews and Product Quality Review for analysis and for driving process technology innovations. Be a resource to other departments as Subject Matter Expert for the product and process knowledge.

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day running of the school’s science laboratories and facilities
• Station and move around the Science Lab during Science lab lessons to provide assistance to students.
• Work closely with respective level subject reps and teachers to ensure that the resources for all hands-on activities are prepared prior to conducting lessons.
• Prepare all necessary equipment and materials needed by Science teachers to carry out hands-on activities, experiments and demonstrations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, apparatus, materials and specimens in good working condition
• Report all faulty machines and equipment immediately
• Keep a stock book and breakage record and indicate to HOD Science for necessary replacement
• Prepare an inventory of stocks annually and inform HOD Science to make the necessary purchase.
• Maintain a usage record
• Maintain a safe and tidy lab environment
• Devise alternative hands-on activities in replacement to the ones found in the activity book
• Provide care to the butterflies in the creature watch area i.e. obtaining fresh cuttings from the garden to feed them and clearing the enclosure of their waste.
• Provide care to the chicks in the creature watch area
• Management of the desk copies for Science teachers
• Prepare the materials requested by teachers to carry out ad-hoc hands-on activities.
• Provide support to CCAs such as E2K and Green Club
• Prepare and distribute Teaching & Learning resources e.g. desk-copies etc. to Science teachers at the beginning of the school year and collect the materials from teachers at the end of the year.
• Safe storage, usage & proper records of chemicals used in the lab.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of company experience in handling manpower services, working in an educational institution providing Science lab assistance.
• An equivalent combination of education and work with a minimum GCE ‘O’ level academic qualification.
• Able to work independently AND has work experience of at least 3 years with Primary school children, age 8- 12 as a Science lab assistance
• Preferably the lab assistant is certified in First Aid/CPR/AED

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of half-hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Description

• Manage two laboratories and ensure that the equipment, tools and other materials are adequately stocked and kept in working condition.
• Carry out termly stock take
