The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. • Facilitating Procurement Risk Forums: Facilitate regular risk forums across core market GPS teams to discuss risk-related issues, share best practices, learn from past experiences, enhancements to risk control self assessments (RCSA), and ensure timely communication about important risk matters.

Requirements:

• Extensive Banking Experience: 5-10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Banking Operations, Risk Management, or Services Procurement within the financial industry.

Job Summary

The role holder is responsible for enablement, change delivery and transformation across the Wealth Solutions COO (WS COO) team.
