This role requires a unique blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and the ability to work within a highly collaborative international communications team, reporting to a U.S.-based director. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic communications planning: Create, nurture, and execute a proactive, integrated internal and external executive communication support model, strategy, and roadmap that reflects the priorities for the region and builds effective connections with key audiences.
• Executive messaging and presentation development: Collaborate closely with senior executives to create executive narratives and presentations that reflect their voice and vision. • Regional expertise and collaboration: Serve as the communications expert for the APAC region. Occasional partnership with global communications and people brand teams to leverage shared content, and adapt and amplify significant key messages in-region; light support with regional alignment to employee value proposition (EVP).
• Localization and translation: Localize corporate communications for APAC audiences, managing translations into Mandarin, Japanese, or other relevant languages to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• Measurement and impact analysis: Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and demonstrate their impact on business goals. Track and measure executive communication activities for the region.

• Manage deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to Client Operations and Transfer Agency such as NAV reporting, investor registration, dealing, investor reporting and cash.
• During Japanese business hours serve as a main contact for daily client inquiries from the client servicing desk at our parent company. Manage these queries to a satisfactory closure, or appropriately handed off to the source team, in line with Japanese client service expectations.
• Handle any sensitive or escalated queries/concerns from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard in line with Japanese clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall liquidity for the assigned countries or region
2. Proactive management of surplus cash with short-term investments within delegated authority
3. Provide guidance to cash management activities such as capital structure, dividend repatriation, investment and debt decisions as well as identification and mitigation of any risks related to regular operations or project related activities, cash flow planning, treasury policies compliance and bank account management

Requirement

1. Have experience in managing treasury functions at a regional or headquarters level.

As a Process Development Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also be required to identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC/FDC methodology. As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVM QRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. As a Package Design Engineer within the Package Development and Engineering (PDE) organization in Micron Technology, you will provide package definition and designs for advanced semiconductor devices. You will be working with a multi-functional team across several geographies to create package design databases such as package stack-up, simulation, route-study, substrate/lead frame layout, wire bond diagrams, and other design documentation. You will be ensure the completion of design activities within the project schedule and ensure that design outputs are within Assembly and vendor capability.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Develop potential sales and businesses plan to achieve
• Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Liaise with clients on project details, design concepts and requirements
• Manage client’s expectations on projects, events or exhibition
• Prepare budget and cost management for tender submission or quotation for client's review
• Brief designers on concepts and specification requirements of clients project
• Meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involved to deliver project based on client’s requirements
• Assist Operations to resolve operational issues related to projects
• Submit relevant documents to Landlord, building management and/or relevant authority in a timely manner
• Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
• Ensure project is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in event / project management
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
