• Prepare and recommend monthly progress payment claims and final account submitted by the term contractors’ and to ensure timely and complete submission for payment.
• Evaluate and carry out joint measurement with Contractors on their claims for Purchase Order/ Works Order
• Administer term contract works to be carried out by Contractors (before and after start of work)
• Compile, check, certify and confirm Contractors’ invoices to ensure that the invoices tally with Purchase Order/ Works Order.
• Review and prepare specifications, evaluate and recommend tender submissions.
• Carry out contract documentation and preparation relating to tender acceptance and contract execution.
• Obtain and monitor the Performance Bonds, Bankers Guarantees and any other forms of insurances.
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation report, variation agreements and render professional advice on any penalties, liquidated damages when deem necessary.

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and building related diploma/degree in recognized by Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers and with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences in quantity surveying; or

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to lead and oversee the strategic management and optimization of our HRIS platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports HR operations and enhances the employee experience by streamlining HR processes, improving data accuracy, and providing actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & Optimization

Project Management

· Manage and prioritize multiple HRIS-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with organizational goals.

Primary Function:

The individual will act as a bridge and force multiplier amongst Asia country product portfolio marketers, Corporate Portfolio Marketing and HQ Multiport/Single port BU (business unit) product management teams for management and marketing of systems, instruments, and accessories within Multi Port and Single Port robotic platforms. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support creation and alignment of product and marketing visions with sales and marketing stakeholders to launch advanced technology technologies and accelerate their adoption.
• Collaborate with peers in Asia regional product, clinical, hospital and digital product portfolio leaders to ensure coherent product visions and marketing strategies/tactics for the Asian countries

About The Performance Management Function and Team

This role sits within the Strategy, PMO and Performance Management for APAC Contract Logistics business. This function is predominantly focused on driving in-depth performance analysis of financial and commercial aspects of the logistics business. • Support and advise markets on the commercial aspects before an investment application is raised.

3. Business Planning & Budgeting

• Support and coordinate the Budget / Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and Rolling Forecast in alignment with global standards and procedures.
• Monitor and track one-time impacts that need to be considered in budget planning and forecasting.
• Work with other Contract Logistics functions to obtain holistic overview on financial impacts from respective function initiatives.

4. KEEP & Contract Management

• Maintain and ensure data accuracy of central customer contract database.
• Drive timely renewal of existing contracts by reflecting contract status in forward looking manner.
• Main point of contact for contract management process in alignment with global SOP
• Conduct deep dive analysis and diagnostics approach to reduce contract deficiencies.
• Review contractual and commercial solutions with stakeholders and provide measures to improve customers profitability
