Key Responsibilities

• Manages full spectrum of procurement for vessels allocated to him/her. from requisition to supply in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for local delivery and/or international shipments.
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment and best practices for procurement.
• Monitor, record and report on Vendor Performance and KPI data to manage suppliers’ performances.
• Drive improvements of procurement systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in marine industry.
• International shipping / logistics experience (preferred if less than 3 years in the role in marine industry.
• Minimum relevant tertiary education qualifications.
