• Education: Degree in any discipline or HR certifications preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are urgently seeking Warehouse Operations Assistants who have a valid forklift license to assist with our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for using SAP ERP R/3, handheld scanners, and material handling equipment such as Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Cherry Pickers.

Reporting to the Warehouse and Operations Manager, your key tasks will include:

1. Performing daily picking, packing, and loading operations based on delivery orders.
2. Receiving inbound shipments, unloading from containers, and managing segregation
3. Packing, sealing and preparation of shippment crates for export.
4. Conducting cycle-counting and maintaining general housekeeping standards.
5. Adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure safe working operations.
6. Ensuring service quality and securing goods as per requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum N' Level/NITEC/O' Levels.
2. Valid forklift license is a must.
3. Physically fit and able to lift items weighing up to 25 kgs.
4. Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.
5. Willingness to support overtime as required.
6. Capability of performing housekeeping duties within the warehouse.
7. Flexibility to undertake other tasks as assigned by management.

As a Production Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in operationalizing, maintaining, scaling, and optimizing our AI-driven applications and supporting infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a combination of software development, production operations, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or security roles.
• Strong application development experience in Javascript and Python, particularly with RESTful API design and development using a service-oriented architecture.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Github Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
• Strong experience with Bash, and other similar scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of frontend frameworks, particularly React, and their interaction with backend services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in handling large-scale distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and understanding of document-based data models.
• Knowledge of object storage systems and experience with S3-compatible APIs (MinIO) for storing and managing large-scale unstructured data.
• Experience in supporting AI/ML pipelines and production systems.
• Knowledge of data engineering and distributed data systems (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
• Understanding of GPU-based infrastructure for AI workloads.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm

• Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
• Dispatch of international orders
• Liaising with courier partners
• Stocktake/arrangement of racks
• Stocking up for retail store
• Processing of walk-ins/exchanges and returns
