We are looking for an experienced IT System/Business Analyst to join our team for an onshore position. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and IT project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, application solutioning, and UI/UX design. Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to manage communication and gather requirements for IT projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position, preferably in managing large-scale front-facing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/Infocom Technology, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with IT project implementation, including user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, and UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and experience in Cloud platform projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
