Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Produce intelligence outputs to provide an accurate depiction of the current threat landscape and associated risk through the use of customer, community, and open source reporting
• Produce actionable intelligence information for delivery to colleagues and customers in the form of technical reports, briefings, and data feeds
• Participate in regular threat focus meetings with fellow SOCs
• Perform detailed investigative works into all traffic anomalies against established, historical baselines of individual agencies. Reviewing and profiling the events of all monitored clients

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 5 years' of experience in related field and capacity
• Prior experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT/CIRT).

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking for a highly driven candidate to be part of SingHealth CIO Office supporting National Neuroscience Institute (NNI). This role reports to the Institution Lead and is required to work closely with NNI Stakeholders, CIO Office, Synapxe Program Team, SingHealth Optech Team, IT service suppliers, and external collaborators/partners.

Job Role:

Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks

Identify business needs

• Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the business requirements specifications and feasibility studies on possible solutions

• Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks

Analyse business processes

• Support the review of existing business processes to identify opportunities

• Develop alternative solutions to streamline processes

• Evaluate the viability and feasibility of possible improvements to processes

• Support the development of recommendations to increase efficiency of processes

• Develop reports and strategic analysis of business processes

Translate business requirements into technical specification

• Determine optimal means of meeting needs and requirements

• Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications

• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design

• Function as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle

• Work with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing

• Verify that business requirements are incorporated into the design

• Manage risks associated with solution integration

Faciliatate change management

• Support the development of change management plans

• Develop technical documentation and training materials

• Conduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systems

• Act as a point of contact for users regarding complex queries

Manage projects

• Schedule activities to drive deliverables toward meeting the overall project plan

• Work with users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation

• Review work at critical milestones with team leader or sponsor to maintain their commitment and support

• Provide timely and accurate project progress information

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.

• At least 5-6 years experience in relevant working experience as an IT Project Manager.

• Possess strong analytical skills and keen ability to manage difficult situations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.

• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Highly driven and proactive mindset.

• Team player and self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic infrastructure knowledge (servers, network and end-user computing devices).

• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.

You will play important role in the design and development of secure and reliable healthcare application for the transformation of Singapore Healthcare IT landscape. You will be responsible for planning our application security roadmap, design and development of application security best practice and common libraries, and delivery of application security services to our application development teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Manage and lead team to conduct source-code review using automated and manual approaches, review results to eliminate false positives, propose resolutions for security vulnerabilities.

· Performing security architecture reviews and risk assessments for applications in design phase.
