The Unified Checkout Team in Platform Solutions is accountable for product development and market deployment of various digital platforms and capabilities across the Asia Pacific region. This includes core platforms such as Visa Account Updater (VAU), Visa Click to Pay, Visa Developer, and development of specific solutions designed to address unique market needs or opportunities.

Click to Pay is a guest checkout solution that allows issuers, merchants and their partners to reduce friction associated with manual key entry, simply and securely, when checking out online, in app, or in person. Together with the end-user solution provider, our digital platforms help to deliver a superior customer experience, stronger customer engagement, higher spend, lower fraud and stronger authentication.

The Unified Checkout  team is a horizontal business unit that works with many stakeholder groups and markets, across the Asia Pacific region and globally. We partner with account management, product, processing, and design and architecture teams. We partner to deliver product and market strategy, solution design, education and training materials, sales and distribution assets, product development, product commercialisation. Click to Pay is a critical component within a number of key initiatives in the Asia Pacific region and underpins future network and client product capabilities.

What an Analyst, Unified Checkout does at Visa:

As an Analyst operating within the Unified Checkout team, you will work with the Director and Head of Unified Checkout to define, articulate and respond to strategic, commercial, technical, and ecosystem implications related to online commerce. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups in our AP markets and regional hub to understand market requirements and provide updates on our online commerce platforms. Your main accountabilities will include:

• Identifying, understanding, and narrating key insights and trends that will inform our client facing stakeholders, including presentation materials, case studies, best practice guides, reports, and webinars.

• Proposing and defining technical or commercial solutions, based on our teams’ insights and strategy, to solve problems or to leverage opportunities in markets.

• Working with market teams to develop, track, and deliver on our shared objectives and outcomes including agreements, rules and guides, pricing and exceptions.

• Sales and business development support, including delivering programs and initiatives that drive VAS revenue objectives.

• Contributing to training programs which support delivery of key initiatives, and engaging regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure they are receiving adequate support to achieve their objectives.

• Actively managing our program of work and project plans and acting as a liaison between global  and hub teams to ensure coordination and alignment.

Projects you will be a part of:

 There are two key initiatives that you will be instrumental in delivering:

• Over the last decade, Visa has invested heavily in digital platforms including Visa Token Service and Visa Click to Pay. Over the last 24-36 months the AP region has focused on delivering and scaling digital solutions for stored credentials. Over the next 24-36 months the AP region will focus on delivering and scaling digital solutions for guest checkout. As a result you will participate in a program of work to significantly scale Click to Pay and other Visa Secure Remote Commerce solutions in key markets and across the region. You will contribute to developing and delivering sales and distribution assets, working with markets to define effective initiatives or programs, and defining and delivering platform enhancements to address market needs.
• Value added products and services represent an opportunity to differentiate our business in the market, delivering meaningful benefits to our clients, and creating non-core revenue streams for Visa. Your role will also include working with Design and Architecture, and Regional Solutions teams to project manage the product development of Click to Pay and related value added services.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their operational and strategic requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for SAP system improvements.

SAP Implementation and Customization:

• Collaborate with SAP consultants and developers to implement and customize SAP solutions.

Data Integration and Migration:

• Oversee data migration projects, ensuring the smooth transition of data into SAP systems.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy within SAP applications.

User Training and Support:

• Provide training to end-users on SAP functionality, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
• Offer ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and addressing inquiries related to SAP applications.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with system changes and enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and effective implementation of SAP solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed about SAP updates, patches, and best practices.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP applications.

• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with expertise in SAP modules relevant to the organization (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
• Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
• SAP certification(s) is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory is essential.

Department/Job Overview:

• The individual will join the OTC & FX Paper Confirmations Team within the Trade Validation group.

Key Responsibilities:

• The OTC & FX Team reviews and prepares Trade confirmations across a variety of derivative products including Interest Rate Products, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and FX.

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Be the 1st level support for inbound email and phone based technical support for on-site and remote employees

Qualification
