Investment Performance Reporting

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. You will be based in our Singapore office working in our Asia-Pacific team, as well as collaborating with colleagues from our UK and US teams.

Medical Writers and Analysts work on projects involving the detailed analysis of data from clinical trials and the assimilation and creative presentation of this analysis in different formats including posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports and peer-reviewed publications. These deliverables are used directly by our clients in communication with external stakeholders instrumental to the successful uptake of novel therapies. The work is structured on a project-by-project basis and you will usually be working on several projects in different disease areas at any one time.

You will work in project teams alongside experienced colleagues in both the Singapore UK and US offices who provide one-to-one training in the technical aspects of the role, including project management and effective client communication. Delivering project work requires close collaboration with clients and, following a successful induction period, you will increasingly engage in teleconferences and face-to-face meetings with external stakeholders.

• Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our Market Access team supports a wide range of clients in producing materials to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of some of the newest, most innovative technologies in development. Our work is multidisciplinary, often beginning with evidence generation in the form of literature reviews, advisory boards with clinicians and payers, or economic modelling, to inform the development of materials that present an evidence-based account of the product’s value in a compelling and accessible manner.
  Analysts working across our Market Access services support a diverse range of value and access, HTA and health economics projects. These include developing product value messages and materials (e.g. brochures, slidesets, white papers, etc.), building health economic tools and models, and developing dossiers for submission to HTA agencies. A role in the Market Access division suits those who are passionate about patient access to healthcare, are fast-learners and have a strategic, problem-solving mindset. • Evidence Development: Evidence-based medicine is the cornerstone of medical decision-making. The work of our Evidence Development team encompasses literature reviews, synthesis and real-world evidence generation.
  
  Our literature review and synthesis projects involve the identification of clinical, economic and real-world evidence to support the value of a pharmaceutical product or medical device. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to conduct various kinds of evidence review from searching to interpretation of statistical results and ensuring that the reviews conform to industry guidelines where applicable. The Recruitment Process

Job responsibilities:

· Conduct patrol and checks around company premises

· Manage disorderly conduct and threatening behaviour

· Conduct locker and spot checks on workstation/dormitory in conjunction with Operation Manager / Supervisor on a weekly basis.

· Ensure all security incidents and investigations are captured and recorded in the security system and major security incidents escalated in line with global standards

· Conduct security screening and search of vehicles

· Fulfils ad hoc responsibilities and duties when required

Job requirements:

· Minimum Secondary School or GCE 'N' or "O" Level or Certificate in Security Courses

· 2-3 years experience advantageous and on-the-job training will be provided for those without experience.

· Bilingual advantageous

· Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with group companies to collect, clean, and preprocess datasets to ensure data quality and reliability
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Ability to data manipulation and apply statistical methods to transform data into actionable insights for business stakeholders (familiar with regression and time series analysis)
• Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, BI dashboards, and presentations
• Automate existing recurring reports and analyses
• Design and develop the data architecture for BI solutions
• Build data pipelines where necessary for the development of visualization solutions
• Ad-hoc analysis required by management to support strategic initiative

General Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business setting focused on data analysis, insights, and recommendations. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent data visualization skills, with experience in creating dashboard reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Knowledge with database, data modelling and ETL pipeline development
• Knowledge in SQL, and Python is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computing, statistics, business analytics, finance or equivalent
