As a Backend Software Engineer on the TikTok Privacy and Security team, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain systems that enhance privacy across the TikTok;

• Work with engineering and product teams to ensure that TikTok is compliant with privacy laws and regulations from a technical perspective;

• Respond to privacy incidents, if they occur, including collecting information on scope and root cause as well as managing remediation.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors with minimum 3 years of working experience;

• Experienced in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications;

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, C++, Python, Java;

Responsibilities:

· Work with Product Engineering Team and Product Owners in helping to define product features that meet customers’ deployment and usability requirements

· Coordinate with Marketing Team to understand the positioning, key benefits, and target customers of company products

· Serve as internal and external point of contact, including communication with the sales channel and key customers

· Conduct market research, customer requirements identification, competitive analysis and industry trend studies

• Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations/allocated contract sites and staffs by providing highest quality to employees and Clients

• Plan and conduct periodic exercises minimum 1 Exercise Drill/TTX per site to ensure the vigilance and operational capabilities of security personnel

Client Liaison:

• Maintain good working relationship with Clients

As an IT Security Intern at Rapsodo, you will have a holistic view of how Technology and Business Integrate, and responsible for a wide range of technologies not limited to systems administration, helpdesk, telephony administration, laptop/desktop computer build-up/replacement etc.
