Job Description:

Summary:

This candidate plays a crucial role in ensuring the security of project systems, applications, and data. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing security testing processes to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the project’s IT application and infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, testing methodologies, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Test Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive security testing strategy to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across various technology stacks and platforms.
• Test Planning: Create test plans, schedules, and resource allocation for security testing activities, considering the criticality of systems and applications.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of security testers, ensuring they are well-equipped, motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
• Threat Assessment: Collaborate with security experts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
• Test Execution: Performing and coordinating security testing activities, such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, code review, and more.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports on identified vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
• Compliance: Ensure that security testing aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security test procedures, results, and improvement recommendations.
• Communication: Effectively communicate security findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and external auditors.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess security risks, and work with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory relevant certifications such as CISSP/OSCP/CREST
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
• Proven experience in security testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Proficiency in using various penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and others.
• Strong knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies. Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant security standards and compliance requirements.

Nice to have skills :

• Candidates for this role should have 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the industry.

· Prospecting: Identify potential customers and leads through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.

· Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.

· Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and maintain a strong understanding of the company's CCTV product range.

· Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of the CCTV solutions.

· Proposal Development: Prepare customized sales proposals that address the specific security needs of clients and highlight the value of the company's CCTV products.

· Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring that the terms align with the company's objectives and profitability.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage customer loyalty and secure repeat business.

· Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the CCTV market.

· Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining progress, achievements, and potential areas for improvement.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that support the sales efforts.

· After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure seamless installation and post-sales support for clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are advantageous.

· Experience: Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the Physical security industry, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of CCTV/ACS and Network technology, surveillance systems, and related security solutions.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand clients' security needs and propose appropriate solutions.

· Networking: A well-developed professional network within the security industry is beneficial.

· Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring the company's profitability.

· Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

· Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and technology to manage and track sales activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Security or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in managing Network Security / Electronic / IT products

The project manager is overall responsible for planning and to oversee the entire project from inception to completion by ensuring the necessary co-ordination with various stakeholders.

This includes also maintaining and forecasting project budgets to closing the final account.

• Able to handle design for ACMV works
• Attend relevant meeting and make sure coordination on-site goes well
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders, like main-contractors or owners and sub-contractors, safety departments as well as complying to BCA / MOM regulations.
• To be responsible for gathering at least 3 different quotations from vendors for each project.
• Able to come up the project schedule showing the key milestones, progress and developments and ensuring that it is completed in good time.
• Provide effective leadership to project team by efficiently delegating tasks and resources to achieve completion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants and building owners.
• Provide overall project management administration duties - planning, managing submissions, reporting & attending client and subcontractor meetings
• To be competent in overseeing site installation including but not limited to manpower allocation, problem solving, coordination with other trades and to attneding client FAT, SAT, T&C. Also to manage HSE & safety requirements
• Assist in on tendering & quotation for projects

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical (Mechatronics) engineering or other related studies.
• At least 5 years project management experience in Construction industry.
• Project experience in multiple trades is advantageous
• To be fluent in ACMV knowledge & installation - CHWP, VRV, VRF systems.
• Driving license and own transport preferred.
