The Wise Card was first launched in Europe in 2018, allowing customers to spend internationally at the mid-market rate, with only a low, upfront conversion fee. As part of the Spend Squad, you’ll primarily work on enabling customers to spend from their Wise accounts in a sustainable manner, ensuring that we’re able to grow our product in-line with our squad-level KPIs.

How you’ll contribute:

• Provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions, from improving in-product flows to building card customer segmentation.

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Science and Operational teams to drive product enhancements and optimizations.

• Design experiments to monitor the impact of new product features on risk, convenience and conversion metrics.

• Build conviction on high-impact areas and challenge them if there are faster or more effective ways to tackle the problem.
