You will work with the Head Coaches, Director, Managing Director, colleagues, and Stakeholders and be responsible for planning and implementing the training and competition plans for the students.

Requirements

• Competitive Coaching Experience at either Epee or Sabre at the Cadet (Under 17), Junior (Under 20), and Senior level.
• Minimum Experience - Competitive Fencer at the National or International level for at least 5 years.
• Prior experience working in a commercial fencing academy is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Basic English and good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with kids as young as 4 years old to Veteran fencers above 50 years of age.
• Applicants should be committed to instilling good values and character development in students.
• Good organizational skills; Ability to run classes independently and effectively, ensuring the quality of each class conducted.
