The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, passionate, and motivated Senior/Principal Sustainability Consultant to join our world-leading sustainability team based at our office in Singapore, to work on the design of some of the most exciting sustainable design projects in Singapore and regionally. We expect all team members to aim to go well beyond industry standards to positively impact every project we work on.

As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, and working closely with colleagues across multiple offices, you will inspire, analyse, report, model ESD projects and liaise with clients with the aim of expanding the sustainability portfolio, in line with Cundall’s Zero Carbon Design 2030 Target.

You will ideally have experience in a similar role working in ESD consulting in the built environment and be looking to take the next step in your career and increase your client exposure, job management, and leadership qualities.

The Skills

• Engineering, Architecture, or built environment related degree.
• 5-8 years of ESD consulting experience in the built environment sector.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Principal Consultant role
• You will have excellent knowledge in certifications such as Green Mark, LEED or WELL
• Developed knowledge of engineering and architectural principles to analyse and interpret documentation and drawings.
• Possess a body of knowledge that allows you to evaluate ESD attributes and opportunities within designs, and where improvements are required (mechanical, façade, spatial, etc)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

About This Role:-

The Exchange Custody Operations Manager role will build strong and collaborative relationships with the rest of the internal business partners to manage, monitor and provide operations support to ensure smooth orders execution, prompt clearing and settlement of transactions for derivative products, digital asset security and crypto assets.

He / She is also expected to provide operational oversight and client servicing and account management support in attending to and resolving queries received from Institutional clients related to orders, trade execution, clearing, settlement and custody on the digital platform.

In addition, the role will support the Head of Operations to implement, execute and maintain smooth and efficient operations processes in line with established operational framework, standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the Head of Operations: -

• Lead and manage the operations team to support the exchange listing, trading, clearing, settlement and post trade custody operations.
• Participate and contribute towards managing and delivering change projects for derivative products, digital asset security and crypto assets.
• Work with other AsiaNext departments and vendors to maintain a smooth and efficient running of the operations in AsiaNext Exchange platform through robust operation support to ensure smooth order execution, prompt clearing and settlement of transactions for derivatives products, digital asset security, and crypto.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in system testing to implement new, enhancement or fix releases for current or new products to support the Exchange’s offerings at planned timeframe.
• Develop, maintain and update the AsiaNext standard operating procedures to align with existing processes & procedures in place.
• Provide support to other AsiaNext department, including Commercial, Compliance, Risk, Product and Finance, when needed.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance.

Experience and Skill

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Operations in the banking / securities services / fintech / payments industry.
• Candidates with good operations experience in reconciliation, securities clearing, custody, and settlement will be preferred.
• Familiar with regulatory securities and payments services guidelines and procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, people and stakeholder management skills.

JOB SUMMARY

He / She will be responsible for supervising, coaching and coordinating activities of the food Servers as well as looking into the comfort and dining experience of guests. He / She will also handle guests’ complaints during the absence of the manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Open and close shift in accordance with the manager’s checklists.
2. Train, maintain and enforce all Marriott service standards through the use of used records, menus and appropriate training and reference materials.
3. Supervise and coach all associates in accordance to Marriott training programme.
4. To ensure enough staffing for the operation in all outlets.
