This role requires a creative thinker who can visualize the user lifecycle and drive customer engagement across various channels. This role will report to the Growth Lead of Singapore.

In this role you will be responsible for

• Lead the ideation, creative briefing, and execution of CRM campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
• Develop campaigns to maximize customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities at each stage of the user lifecycle.
• Track, measure and report on performance of CRM projects.
• Analyze customer behavior and leverage insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize Figma to make edits for emails and on-site banners, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive brand presence.

Minimum Qualifications

Purpose and Scope

• Provide Retail Operations Billing, Customer Fulfilment and Collection Support for the Commercial Business.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize business processes for the Retail Operations team using digital systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Billing, Customer Fulfilment and Collection operation support for the Commercial Business.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize business processes by analyzing and evaluating existing processes and challenges.
