The Manager, Managed Services Client Delivery is a management role, primarily responsible for managing a team of Managed Services Client Delivery Specialists.

This role supports the business and protect the company’s reputation by taking responsibility for overall contract management for local, small and low to medium complexity client contracts.

The Manager, Managed Services Client Delivery is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery and contract profitability for their assigned client contracts. These clients require service delivery that are complex by nature and are typically across multiple sites and/or service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements and other contracts.
• Oversees the day-to-day delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Works closely with cross functional teams to identify methods or purchase and procurement, establishing evaluation criteria, evaluating alternative options and assisting with the decision to select the most appropriate vendor/supplier.
• Engages proactively and collaboratively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems or unsatisfactory performance.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Acts as a problem solver, addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  Allocates resources effectively to meet client demands, including people, technology, and infrastructure.
  Identifies potential risks to service delivery and work proactively to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Reviews all proposals delivered to the client and ensure that growth objectives within the account are in line with the company's overall growth objectives and serve the best interest of the client.
• Serves as the client's advocate within the organisation, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Continuously monitors service performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Develops and maintains reporting mechanisms to track service delivery KPIs, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Contributes to pre-sales processes by providing information, determining the effort required to deliver and generally providing advice on the most optimal way to approach the client or filter out what is not relevant to the client.
• Collaborates and engages with a variety of stakeholders, including the Review Boards and Steering Committees to ensure the delivery of services against the agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Drives service delivery excellence by motivating the team members and inspiring outstanding performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Negotiates and resolves contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual obligations.
  Partners with the organization to attract the right talent and ensure that the team is staffed according to requirements and that all team members are fully utilized.

Job Description

A Senior Client Manager is a quota-bearing sales persona and the primary purpose of the role is to take full ownership of named client accounts, retain these clients and find new business in FSI Vertical. The Client Manager is assigned a range of development and maintenance accounts and held accountable for the performance achievement of those accounts in terms of revenue retention, profitability management, and growth.

The Client Manager will work directly with clients at a variety of levels as well as internal sales teams such as Sales Specialists and pre-sales architects and post the sale; the delivery teams. They ‘champion’ the delivery teams’ understanding of the client’s solution requirements, and initiate improvement programs ensuring that the client remains committed to our solutions which leads to more sales opportunities.

Building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients, fully understanding the client and the industry in which they operate will be a core focus of this role. A substantial amount of time will be spent on client engagement and engaged selling, but also liaising with internal teams to make sure the client’s needs are attended to.

As a Category Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing Category Strategy with respective internal partners and stakeholders. As a Global Procurement Category Manager at Micron, you will develop and execute a holistic sourcing and management strategy for a specific category of spend and lead a team dedicated to this category. You will participate in the development of strategies for assigned categories by conducting an assessment of a category current and future needs, analysis of market trends and potential suppliers, analysis of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and opportunities to leverage changes in processes, systems and product/services, and estimating timing and level of savings capture.

Candidate Profile:

· Responsible for group monthly closing processes, group consolidation, financial reporting, variance analysis, annual audit and tax compliance

JOB DESCRIPTION

The responsibility of this position is to drive and manage the Keppel submarine cable infrastructure projects which includes the following activities.

• Work with the Joint build partners, customers and internal business/commercial teams and plan for new subsea cable projects through diverse, secure and practical routes that meet all stakeholders needs and where there is a customer demand.
• Convert the business requirements into detailed engineering specifications by evaluating the industry trends, proven state of art technology, cost optimization, future proofing, optimum fiber pair count, etc.
• To evaluate the optimum cable route through desktop study by engaging with relevant vendors, drive Invitation to Tender process by capturing the Cable owners/Joint Build Partners’ requirements, evaluation of bids, adjudication and selection of vendors by forming various metrics of evaluation.
• Development and finalization of supply contract with the subsea cable vendors by close coordination with the Joint build partners, internal legal team and various stakeholders.
• Work with the submarine cable vendors & partners and drive the implementation of the submarine cable system including design, manufacturing and installation activities.

You will be responsible for FF&E in all design phases (Ph1 to PH4), from design process to project concept, branding, sourcing products, preparing sample boards and producing specitfication and schedules including to obtain material unit cost reference information.

Your role will include but not limited to:

• Working closely with design team in concept and design development.
• Responsible to select and prepare FF&E presentation of materials and finishes.
• Coordinating with design team in developing furniture layout, perspectives and 2D/3D renderings.
• Working closely with Design teams to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and client’s agreement.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FF&E especially in hospitality industry.
• Creativity and artistic flair.
• Able to interpret specifications and layouts.
• Passionate and aware of global design trends and FF&E supplies.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior eCommerce Executive to lead the development and execution of our digital and eCommerce strategy. Roles & Responsibilities

E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop and implement online retail strategies for Singapore and other Asia Pacific markets, focusing on revenue growth.
• Develop brand and product marketing strategies to align with business objectives, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.
• Implement customer engagement activities, improve the eStore experience, and create content to boost conversion rates.
• Create engaging content, including copywriting for digital ads and email marketing (EDMs), to drive organic and paid acquisitions.
