Description:

This position reports to the Managing Director and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including operations team, HR and Accounts department. The Sales Manager will play a key role to achieve targets while cultivating strong relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

2. Analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Proficiency in sales analytics and data-informed decision-making.

2. Strong understanding of customer relationship management system and best practices.

3. Expertise in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution to effectively manage customer and team dynamics.

Duration:

Training will be approximately 6 months

Job Scope including but not limited to:

Formulate and implement standard operating procedures, manage, train and develop team members, liaise with executive management to ensure that company’ short and long term goals are met

Accountable for planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure efficient and effective F&B operations and that customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Monitor supplies and inventory to make sure they’re used properly and efficiently and that we adhere to the store budget, manage Profit & Loss and forecasting of the business operational costing.

Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction

Monitor customers reactions and confer frequently with servicing staff or captains to ensure customer satisfaction, respond to comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner, take personal responsibility to resolve issues.

Other adhoc duties as and when necessary

Job Requirement:

At least Diploma/Degree in Management/Food & Beverage Operation or related certifications

Minimum 10 years’ working experience in food and beverage industry, preferably with management experience

Possess a comprehensive set of food & beverage service and operations skills, proven in handling customer satisfaction

Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications, capable of building and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and quality management

Prior experience in a F&B environment involving in operations activities is an added advantages

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies and negotiations for terminal operations, including partnerships with global terminal operators.
• Manage and nurture vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance, and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess potential suppliers’ capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with network and service needs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of terminal vendors, including on-site audits, to ensure quality and reliability.
• Ensure proper resource allocation for vessels at terminals.
• Identify inefficiencies and assess risks related to vendors not meeting service agreements and company standards.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, including knowledge of local regulations to mitigate risks.
• Understand and apply company policies related to sustainable procurement, supporting initiatives that meet sustainability scorecards.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes while promoting sustainable practices that benefit the company.
• Work closely with local operations teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Prioritize the reduction of non-essential costs through internal efficiencies or vendor partnerships.
• Identify and address system or process misalignments to drive cost standardization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the maritime industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Job Description:

· Reporting to the Project Manager, you will analyze VM props and fixtures requirements from clients with the production and designer team;

· Continuously liaising with clients, design and production teams to ensure all design and technical details are followed;

· Receive, fabricate and validate prototypes with clients;

· Maintain control on project budget and timeline;

· Ensure consistency and timely delivery of projects;

· Attend on-site installation. Night work is required due to venue requirement;

· Manage post installation maintenance.

Requirements:

· Holder of at least a Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply;

· Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task;

· Literate in MS Office. Knowledge in PhotoShop and Illustrator is good to have but not a must;

· Must be able to work overtime / late night;

• Assist the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and modification of architectural designs from concept through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Develop solutions to technical and design challenges in line with Singapore’s established standards.
