Requirements:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• The reviewing of site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met
• The control of on-site and off-site vendor inspectors
• The compliance on of vendor inspection assignments packages
• The coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors' QA/QC systems per contractual requirements
• Attendance at the site and inspection procurement meetings
• Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required
• Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors
• Review of supplier quality plans against contract requirements
• Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirements have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents
• Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications
• Review supplier material certificates
• Take part in supplier audits and surveillance
• Coordinate with the company discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies
• Coordinate with management for quality improvements Issue nonconformance reports
• Track all nonconformance reports
• Please coordinate with the owner representative on all procurement issues Monitor
• progress of all purchase requisitions

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• The owner at Infineon of your applications defining and steering the global application G2M strategy as a central figure between Infineon Product Development and Regional Sales and Marketing teams.
• Grow a deep market understanding allowing you to provide guidance on application market outlook and understand the market cycle, growth potential and application match to the Infineon portfolio.
• Understanding the key technical requirements allows you to maximise the Infineon bill-of-material for the applications you own and communicate those requirements to key stakeholders in different product lines to create business cases leading to new product developments.
• To the point in communicating the value proposition of Infineon products inside your application and ability to visually benefits in comprehensive G2M collaterals.
• Be responsible to grow your applications revenue and design-win executing your G2M strategy with your regional sales and marketing organization.
• Deploy and adjust operative pricing guidelines on application level.
• Able to coordinate and drive system developments involving multiple key stakeholders like product lines, and application engineering or divisions.
• Show your wide Application know-how on global customer meetings and you will represent Infineon in both internal and external fairs and sales events.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Material Science, Informatics), Marketing or similar areas; MSc or advanced degree preferred
• More than 7 years of experience in semiconductor or home appliance consumer industry with experience in a marketing/business development or application engineering role
• Broad systematic technical understanding to translate customer system requirements into semiconductor product parameters (e.g.:hardware, software, pricing)
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies, with strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Direct work experience in motor control, power circuits, sensors or microcontrollers is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to work in cross functional project teams and leadrequirement definitions
• Familiar with value and supply chain of OEM/ODM and distribution networking
• Open-mind person with strategic mind-set; excellent team player;
