Job Description:

• To assist CM on all site matters and operations on site.
• Planning & deployment of all resources, facilities & the arrangement of these resources & facilities on site upon approval from the clients, consultant & CM.
• Schedule of works delegation to the work persons, sub-contractors & all employees on site.
• Administered the work schedule is in accordance to the approved master program.
• To convene meeting with the CM & Site team & Sub-contractors on all matters of work operation, methods and details of construction.
• To advise & instruct all work persons employed & the sub-contractors or suppliers on site operations matters.
• To make all necessary decisions on the methods & work operations issues whenever there are discrepancy upon approval from the CM, respective authorities or consultants to ensure the site smooth operations.
• To issue any stop work order, if necessary, on site whenever there any unsafe act or conditions that the CM deemed is unfit for the work person on site to carry on the work safely.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience on site operation.
• Knowledge in contract/tender documents administration

The Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced General manager Business Management to oversee our business operations and development in an assigned region. Establish and build regional sales channels and relationships with clients from Asia Pacific countries. You need to guide management staff setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

General Manager Business Management Responsibilities:

• Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and solicit more sales
• Travels frequently respective to spend a certain part visiting major customers and stakeholders
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• B.S degree with Accounting background
• At least 9 years of revelant management and leadership experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of close working relationship with professional level client development (sales) or business-to-business marketing
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible to oversee and optimize the insurance department operations across multiple locations. This entails the responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving the growth of our operations within the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and execute a strategic vision for the insurance operations department in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

· Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

· Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently.

· Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

· Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching to develop the team's capabilities.

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

· Collaborate with external partners, such as insurance partner, to enhance business relationships and drive mutual success.

· Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insurance or operation processes.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in business, economic, marketing, finance and accounting, or communication.

· More than five years of operations management experience in a FI or large corporate firm environment.

· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving process improvements and operational excellence.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.

· Sound knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in operations management.

· Strong understanding of the financial services/insurance industry, competitors and target market.

· Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into meaningful information and actions.
