Care Corner Singapore Ltd was founded in 1981, in a climate of changes in the early 1980s, as economic competition in the region intensified and the rift between the wealthy and the lower-income in particular the Chinese blue-collar workers, widened. Rev Tan Tien Ser and a group of passionate individuals believed that these marginalised people with lower income and little opportunities for a formal education could be helped to realise their potential and become more competent and fulfilled persons. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and manage full set of accounts
• Perform month-end and year end closing and its reporting pack with analytics
• Responsible for the month end & year end reporting and fund accounting (for YE statutory purposes)
• Responsible for other submission eg GST, various Funding agencies reporting, etc
• Fixed assets management
• Prepare and maintain various journal entries, schedules and reconciliation reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget including budgetary controls
• Administer banking transactions including internet banking
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements: company's books are properly kept in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
• Involve in Treasury/Investments and respective updates
• Assist in preparation of presentation (powerpoint) slides when required.
• Any other ad-hoc projects/studies and responsibilities may be assigned, if need be from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or its equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting function orrelated fields
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office
• Meticulous with an aptitude for numbers
• Adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
• Familiar with online/digital/ERP application systems
• Strong team player and receptive to changes
• SAP knowledge and/or with social service sector experience will be an added advantage

a) Looking for experience project executive or project manager to handle daily on site tools-box meetings together with main contractors.

b) Liaising with sub-contractors to come out with project schedule and work within the desire project timeframe for each project.

c) He / she must be able to work independently with mininium supervision.

d) Having experiences in AutoCAD drawing and 3D rendering drawing experiences are prefer.

e) Able to work under pressure without compromising on the agreed projects completion time schedule.

Job Scope:

• Execute innovative online marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation by pulling resources from the production & design industry
• Lead the conceptualization and development of digital contents while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and guidelines
• Drive regular management and analytical reporting against performance of all digital marketing activities
• Manage and maintain partnership with respective appointed project stakeholders
• Report digital marketing activities for review with management on a regular basis
• Lead and coordinate multiple CSR projects from beginning to end to shape our brand direction strategies that will drive acquisition and customer loyalty retention
• Implement, track, execute and prioritize marketing project roadmaps and timelines
• Provide analysis and regular reporting of social media and CTA marketing engagement metrics to improve outlet sales
• Manage both digital marketing and loyalty budget to achieve efficiency of spend to meet business goals
• Manage the marketing aspects of the business, ensuring timeline in social media calendar is achieved. Creates stronger brand recalls and branding for the company to help improve company year on year sales
• Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc)
• Regular organic posting according to social media calendar, engaging followers, and responding to their enquiries
• Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives
• Assist with measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against company Growth KPIs
• Work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns and events, utilising the approved budget
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Working Hours and Salary:

• 5 days / 8 hr (10am - 7pm)
• $4,500 - $5,500

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related digital marketing or production fields is required, preferably from the F&B industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Graphic Design skills is an additional bonus
