Job Summary:

We are seeking to employ suitably qualified and experienced Senior Academic Support staff to join dedicated teams of professionals in the Arts Faculty.

The appointee is to support the Senior School Music Department’s extensive Music curriculum, extra- curricular and performance schedule. The role will require accompanying ensembles and leading and developing performance opportunities for students within the Senior School. The role will require arranging and sequencing music for a wide range of ensembles and groups and promoting an inclusive musical environment where students are encouraged to take risks and enjoy performing for each other.

The appointee will also support Music staff in curriculum lessons for an average of 14 hours per week, ranging from ages 11-18 years old. I. Financial Accounting:

- Handle full set of accounts

- Purchase Invoice accounting, payment to supplier

- Custodian of Cash and Bank Payments and Bank Reconciliation

- Customer Accounts review and receipt of Payment and Reconciliation

- Prepare GST information for quarterly GST report / filing

- Prepare monthly management / financial reports

- Prepare supporting schedules, including month-end and year-end closing

- Audit Schedules and General Ledger Review

- Assist Audit process and preparation of Reports etc.

II. Reporting:

- Track & analyse business and operation performance on a regular basis to guide business decision making

- Collaborate with stakeholders and identify opportunities to drive business growth, efficiency, process improvements, and cost savings

- Monthly business performance reporting

- Prepare analysis on an ad hoc basis as required.

Requirement:

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or ACCA

- Minimum 3 to 5 years accounting experience in financial accounting/reporting

- Able to work under pressure and meet accounting deadlines

- Analytical and meticulous for details

- High integrity and able to work independently

- A team player who is self-motivated

- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• Organize campaigns for digital marketing by utilizing social media, email, blogs, and websites.
• Create and oversee social media presences and content marketing or communication strategies.
• Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, online technology, and trends.
• Provide captivating and well-curated web material.
• Collaborate with external web designers, graphic designers, and filmmakers.
• Manage and oversee content on the webpages.
• Execute strategies to increase exposure to business pages.
• Develop projects and programs to strengthen work relationships within the community.
• Manage budgets, negotiations and contracts in relation to community events.
• Work closely with stakeholders to find possibilities for community involvement.
• Oversee all facets of event planning.
• Manage corporate identity and governance and communications channels for the company.
• Execute plans for interacting with a range of stakeholders.
• Foster a good rapport with stakeholders and organize events to foster partnerships.
• Determine areas that require improvement to improve upcoming events, engagement initiatives, and digital campaigns.
• Write reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a variety of records to guarantee accurate and correct data for analysis by shareholders.
