• Under the guidance of the Regional Director, and in coordination with the Regional Business Manager, support and coordinate high level project monitoring and host regular meetings with Program, Project, Management, Evaluation, Adaptation and Learning (MEAL), and the Regional Management teams to ensure performance on individual grants is tracked effectively, risks and issues are flagged and corrective action taken as appropriate.

• Ensure knowledge management by maintaining good project documentation and archiving.

• A Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field (international relations, development, social or natural sciences or similar), or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8+ years professional experience.

· Proven successful grants management skills, ideally with EU, US and/or other bilateral donors, including proposal and report writing, but also workflow management and compliance.

• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality outputs sometimes within short deadlines.
• Experience working, coordinating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including partner NGOs.

· Proven effective coordination skills, with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success in working with diverse partners and within a large, dynamic and complex program to achieve common objectives.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel to sites across the region.
• Interest in conservation and committed to the mission of the Wildlife Conservation Society.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated experience working as an effective member of a multi-cultural team, with experience working in SEAP and across time-zones is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship between Fujitsu and its selected AMS partner
• Function as Fujitsu POC for support issue escalation, AMS issue resolution, and project initiation
• Proactively ensure AMS support is working within the bounds of the terms of the agreement
• Collaborate with Business and AMS support partners to ensure business demands are appropriately administered
• Proactively provide status on all activities to appropriate stakeholders
• Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of systems

Requirements and Skills:

• 3 to 5+ years strong experience working as a Service Delivery Manager for SAP Application Maintenance and Support & Project engagement in a medium organization
• Must have SAP Functional (Logistics module) or Technical Consultant hands-on experience in SAP Projects or Maintenance Support services
• Have experience in managing customer's stakeholders such as business users, IT managers etc., as well as external contractors or partners
• Well-versed with the execution of Support operations like Incident Management, Change Management/Change Request, Problem Management, Service Requests, SLA, Status reports, Dashboards, etc
• Experience in transition from project to support

HE Programme Delivery:
Lead and administer the support systems and delivery operations. Ensure that the Learning Management System is set up in accordance to procedures and take corrective actions to remedy deviation from standards.

Operation Coordination with Partners and Head of Programmes/Academics:
Maintain good relations with partners on data transfer, review of operational concerns, resolve pertinent issues and suggest improvements. Communicate timely updates and changes to key stakeholders including students and staff. Organise events to host partner visits and facilitate interaction with students, depending on the needs, may require to engage in Mandarin.

Lecturer Management:
Liaise with the academic staff to confirm the deployment of qualified lecturers. Ensure quality teaching is provided to students.

Process Innovation:
Spearhead digitalisation and automation initiatives for the department.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Ensure accuracy in budgeting.

Class Scheduling and Assessment Management:
Work with internal departments on class scheduling and assessment management plans.

Marketing and Recruitment:
Engage and support colleagues in Student Recruitment Group (SMR) with marketing and recruitment efforts. Ensure that all marketing collaterals and website are updated.

People Management:
Deploy and supervise work teams to achieve their goals.

Programme Review:
Follow through changes (system setup, etc) for Programme reviews (internal and external).

Regional market experience is added advantage
