• To lead and oversee Supervision Team to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Contract and authorities’ requirements.

The Account Manager position, based in our Singapore office, is tailored for an experienced professional with over 3 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, creative, media, or digital agencies, with a focus on the Asia region. This role involves managing client projects from start to finish, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, particularly within a regulated environment. Key responsibilities include client communication, strategic leadership in pitches, managing budgets, and coaching internal teams. Proficiency in digital marketing and a high service orientation are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and report directly to the Managing Director.

Key duties will be

Client/Account Management:

• Serve as the agency lead for multiple clients, managing healthcare-related projects from conception to completion.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress while ensuring open and effective communication at all times.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, demonstrating a high level of service orientation.
• Actively identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products and services, and support revenue growth for both clients and the agency.
• Ensure project timelines are met and manage concurrent projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Represent the agency at healthcare networking events and industry forums.
• Work autonomously and proactively with a focus on agency-client collaboration, reporting to the Managing Director.

Strategy/Creative Leadership:

• Play an active role in agency pitches and RFPs, delivering strategic insights that align with client expectations.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams (creative, project management) within the agency.
• Collaborate with agency creative leaders to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client standards and expectations.

Project & People Management:

• Monitor KPIs related to client accounts, including opportunity pipelines, invoicing, and revenue growth.
• Manage project budgets and margins, ensuring that financial targets are met.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure alignment with agency goals.

Job Requirements

General Requirements:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in healthcare or pharmaceutical-related fields is preferred. Advanced degrees in medical marketing or related disciplines are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of agency experience, particularly within integrated marketing communications (IMC), creative, media, or digital agencies.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Singapore long-term.

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare Industry: Experience managing healthcare or pharmaceutical accounts, especially in regulated environments.
• Agency Experience: Proven track record of managing client accounts within an agency, including handling multi-channel engagement strategies.

Required Skills:

• Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing regulations in the healthcare industry.
• Scientific Knowledge: Familiarity with scientific journals or healthcare content is a plus.

Position Summary

To plan and execute the sales and promotions and help in the planning of marketing strategies and policies under your supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

• To setup presentation and merchandising of buffet setup in an artistic eye appealing effect and dismantling of all decorations/props after each promotion.
• To keep close rapport with all guests and to maintain an up-to-date mailing list of all regular guests.
• To plan in advance requirements for bookings and promotions, and to coordinate with all staff concerned to facilitate the smooth execution and operation of the events.
• To develop menus in conjunction with the Executive Chef, always keeping in mind food costs, labour cost, facilities of the kitchen, etc.
• To make sure that there are always enough supplies in areas of responsibility and that equipment is well maintained.

• Previous Experience: Prior Restaurant and Management Experience.
• To participate in market survey on competitors.
• Able to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to use touch-sensitive POS System.
• Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
